The Cidisex Sexual Diversity Circuit CIDISEX, within the framework of the XX MIX Mexico Festival of Diversity in Film and Video, organized the premiere of the short film that denounces the violation of LBGT Human Rights “LA PRIMAVERA ROSA” in its Mexican version; a documentary by Mario De La Torre; with the Digital Culture Center (Estela de Luz) as its venue; with two screenings, one at 7:00 p.m. and the second at 8:30 p.m. this Thursday, June 23, 2016.
In the first function, with the representation of the Government of the Republic, in charge of Mtra. Alexandra Haas Paciuc, President of the National Council to Prevent Discrimination (CONAPRED), different personalities from the political, cultural and social world, as well as defenders of human rights, activists and presidents of civil organizations from Chihuahua, Guerrero, State of Mexico; Jalisco; Morelos, Tamaulipas and Veracruz; received the message from the President of the United Mexican States, Lic. Enrique Peña Nieto; referring to the implementation of the "Protocol of Action for the Personnel of the PGR, published in the Official Journal of the Federation on June 26, 2015 and the Protocol of Action of the Federal Police in cases involving sexual orientation or gender identity"; as well as the actions that CONAPRED has been carrying out.
